近零折射率非线性光学、微纳光器件与片上集成

探索微纳、非线性与集成光学的边界

近零介电常数光子学可以展现出很多奇特的线性与非线性光学性质 (Wu et al., 2021)。 我们过去与未来的的研究方向可以被总结为以下四类:

  1. 制备与加工:制备方法、工序配方以及满足特种需求(例如 (Huang et al., 2023; Wu et al., 2021))。
  2. 光学片上集成:先决条件研究(预研)、设计参考、混合集成(例如 (Wu* et al., 2024; Sha et al., 2022))。
  3. 新颖光学现象:新颖且充满潜力的线性与非线性光学效应(例如 (Wu* et al., 2024; Wu† et al., 2022; Wu et al., 2021))。
  4. 微纳与集成器件应用:光计算、光通信与信号处理相关(例如 (Xie et al., 2020; Sha et al., 2022; Xie et al., 2022; Sha et al., 2021))。。

我们也致力于发展和引进交叉与跨(多)学科的新方法和新技术 (Wu et al., 2021; Wang et al., 2021; Huang et al., 2022) ,同时进行着理论与仿真研究 (Wu et al., 2021; Wu et al., 2020)
